Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY:

France: Orders are sent by tracked letter via La Poste and arrive directly in your mailbox! :)

Orders over 130 euros are sent via Colissimo with signature. Shipping takes between 1 and 6 days, after which you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping costs are 4.30 euros, free for purchases over 80 euros.

Overseas France: Delivery fee 16 euros

Europe: Delivery fee 14 euros

Switzerland and United Kingdom: Delivery fee 20 euros

International: Delivery fee 30 euros.

Shipping times outside France may be longer and can take up to a week.

RETURNS:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Please first send an email to this address:

Jewellery must be returned in its original condition, in its pouch/box. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
